Daniel Okafor is at Manchester Airport. He is flying to Katowice for a meeting at Volta Drive in Gliwice. His suitcase weighs too much at check-in. He has to pay extra for the extra weight.

The airline's rule says hand luggage must be no bigger than 55 cm. Daniel has a laptop bag. He has to check it in because it is too big. At security, he tries to take a bottle of water. But security staff say he is not allowed to take it onto the plane.

After he has passed security, Daniel buys a bottle of water. On board the plane, he makes sure his phone is fully charged. He needs it for the drive to Gliwice. Volta Drive has about 280 staff. It makes electric bike parts and sends most of them to other countries.
